Who handles your data?

Contact and registrations

When you email us or register for a tasting, we use your details only to answer your request, reserve your places, process your payment and organise the tasting. For a registration, we store your name, email address, optional telephone number and comments, selected tasting and number of participants in our secured website database. We delete this information no later than three months after the tasting, unless a statutory retention requirement applies.

Gift cards and external services

Gift card purchases are processed by Lightspeed. Google Maps, Instagram and Lightspeed apply their own privacy terms when you open their pages.

Anonymous website statistics

We use GoatCounter to understand anonymous visitor numbers, pages viewed and traffic sources. GoatCounter does not place cookies or other persistent identifiers in your browser and does not share the collected data with third parties.
